PRODUCT DESCRIPTION – « TOC »

RSQ-Systems has developed an innovation called the Tethered Overscene Camera (TOC). TOC captures factual video data of an event as it happens. In addition, TOC is low in cost and provides a sensible data storage solution.

TOC is a multi-camera, tethered, quad-copter drone that integrates on the LED light bars of any emergency vehicle’s roof. When activated by an authorized officer from the vehicle’s dashboard, by remote or via a smart holster, TOC automatically lifts up. Once aloft, TOC records video from a holistic, birds-eye view of the emergency or intervention scene surrounding the vehicle. The tether is an ethernet cable that downloads data directly to a local storage device in the vehicle.

America’s law enforcement agencies and emergency responders will use TOC video data for training and evaluation purposes, improvement of procedures, statistical analysis as well as for evidence.
